What is your shipping policy?
We offer the following domestic flat rate shipping options:
- Free U.S. standard shipping on purchases $35 and over (excluding taxes)
- $5.00 for orders less than $35 (does not apply to international orders)
Where do you ship from?
We ship from New York, USA.
When do you ship my order?
All orders placed from Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed after 3PM EST on Friday through the weekend are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $35 USD.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you tracking number via email as soon as we ship your order so that you can keep track of your shipment.
When will my order arrive?
Your order is usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. Transit times may vary depending on your address and on average it varies from 2-7 business days.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), and Paypal.
Do you charge taxes on my order?
There is no sales tax charge unless the order is being shipped to New York (NY).
Return & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment of any unused and unopened products. Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
Can I make modify or cancel my order?
You're able to make changes or cancel your order as long as your order left our warehouse. Unfortunately, once it's been shipped, we're unable to modify your order. Please e-mail us at email@example.com with any questions you may have regarding your order.
Where can I find the expiration dates for your products?
You can find the expiration dates either along the bottom or top of the product. Some products may also have both the production date and expiration date printed on it.
